This morning, Aaron & Jill were interviewed by our local NPR affiliate, WKSU. Click through for the audio and some great pics, including Harvey our mascot, and some Tremont shots.
Is Prada (aka Carla Akers), who wrote the following poetry about the nPower® PEG after using it on the Appalachian Trail.
I was still waiting. I was hooked I was drooling...I was DREAMING nPower® PEG dreams. The dreams were always the same...I'd get a mysterious knock at the door in the middle of the night and there it would be, life size, and standing in the gloriously blinding glow of newness! Laughing as I write this...What has their marketing done to me!!! (You know you're laughing too, and if you're not, you really need to get out and hike more).
It gets better.
I was so crazy about this thing I felt like the acne-ridden, awkward pre-teen girl who just found out she got back stage passes to see Poison (yes, the 80's ROCKED!)

Our favorite Appalachian Trail thru hiker, Chris Odom, aka Stats (his blog is here), continues to give the PEG it's biggest, longest workout ever. Here's Stats somewhere in New Jersey, scraggly beard and all. Plus an awesome t-shirt.

When that bumpy train ride gets annoying, just hang your PEG on it to create some clean energy!

Here at Tremont Electric, one never knows where the science will take you. Sometimes, you just have to attach a giant shipping tube to the back of an engineer in a traingular configuration, attach a camera to the end of that contraption, and make the dude walk. Onward!
